religion, and\/or beliefs.<\/li><li>Communicate effectively using interpersonal skills and information technology.<\/li><li>Incorporate evidence-based bio-psycho-social cultural and spiritual nursing principles in the provision of care to individual clients across the lifespan.<\/li><li>Demonstrate safe and competent care in the performance of foundational clinical nursing skills.<\/li><li>Employ critical thinking and clinical judgment throughout the provision of nursing care to promote health.<\/li><li>Utilize professional values and standards as a basis for ethical nursing practice.<\/li><li>Implement strategies to stimulate and support the change needed to improve the quality of healthcare practice.<\/li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of boundaries and the legal scope of professional practice as a licensed practical nurse.<\/li><li>Collaborate with members of interdisciplinary healthcare teams in the provision of care.<\/li><li>Safely utilize technology in
